ORIGIN:
Neighbor of Château Calon, it was originally a resting place for pilgrims on the way to Saint-Jacques de Compostela.
During harvest, grapes are carefully hand-picked, then worked in respect to the tradition of long aging in oak barrels.
TASTING:
Color: Deep red colour with ruby reflections
Nose: Powerful dark fruits and hints of wood aromas
Mouth: Powerful, fruity and silky tannins, and an incredible length
ADVICE:
Perfect with spicy meats, games or as an aperitif.
