Our Philosophy
Our philosophy consists of the 3W’s: Nature, Nature and Nature
Nature is most important for us, that is the reason why we recreate a « LUNG OF BIODIVERSITY ».
We are certified HVE3
Beef, Juan and Carlos are our 2 beef, in order to do the work on the soil, the beef doesn’t pollute, doesn’t damage the soil and he also creates some natural fertilizer.
Hives, we have hives into our vineyard in order to improve the natural and perfect fecondation made by professional bees. We also produce honey from our hives.
Hedges, we have replanted several lines of hedges in order to protect our vines and also create a nest for birds and insects
Bat houses, these little bats are feeding on insects that help indirectly with pollination.
Flower fields have been added to our vineyard and lands in order to make our land breathe and rest. We also have ponds, springs, and forests
Fauches Tardives, it means “late mowing;” we do not mow our land before the grass produces seeds, it is natural renewal of nature. Another important advantage is that the birds, rabbits, foxes and even the wild boars have more places to hide.
Our goal with these efforts is to respect the environment and give back to Mother Earth as she offers us amazing grapes.
