ORIGIN:
Only 1,5 hectares of vineyard, composed with all the historical varietal Bordeaux grapes varieties, semillon, sauvignon Gris and muscadelle. A limited production of this wine classified as a Bordeaux but raised into the terroir of Montagne Saint-Emilion.
Traditional winemaking and a long aging in Oak.
TASTING:
Color: Pale golden colour
Nose: Fresh white fruits and delicate aromas of vanilla
Mouth: Large volume in mouth, well balanced, white fruits and a very delicate length.
ADVICE:
Perfect with fish dishes, also white meat and as an aperitif
